I had another brilliant night’s sleep. I was in bed by 9:30 and only woke enough to check the time at 4:30. Wow! This is a record!
I was reluctant to do my morning Gentle seated yoga series, but habit won out, thank God! I felt great afterward. Despite running late, I ran into Dean and Nina on my morning walk. They also had gotten a late start; she would be late to work today.
When I got home, I took an hour’s nap, waking at 10, full of energy. I put up a laundry and vacuumed another stained area on the lanai rug. I poured a carafe of water on the spot stained by Elsa and vacuumed it up with my Rainbow vacuum. It is fun to use. The sucking action is so powerful you can see the color of the carpet change to its original color. Wonderful!
I cleaned out the trash barrel where I threw the plants I had pulled out of the front patch. There was a big juicy centipede. Those are gross but not dangerous. It’s the little blue ones that deliver a punch.
Yvette came up and helped me tilt the lawnmower to clean the bottom. When Darby came over for our evening walk, she handed me a lid from something. It was the perfect shape for cleaning the accumulated grass off the bottom of the lawnmower. It was pristine now. Patrick had cleaned it up before handing the machine over to me.
