I slept through to 5 after going to bed at 10. What eighty-year-old sleeps through the night? I was discomfort-free. Before I went to bed, I had discomfort in my left glute. I nuked that with my acupuncture pen. This gadget is amazing.

I had two text messages. One was from Judy saying that Luke had a bacterial infection in his gut, nothing more. That family is always on tenterhooks waiting for the ax to fall. The FoxG1 children die early and often unexpectedly. They were fine when put to bed and found dead the following day. Adam had texted Judy at 1 am, asking to be picked up from the hospital. She told him to rest there with Luke and come home in the sunlight. As I walked, I saw Adam's and Jazzy's truck was gone. She went to pick them up.

The second message was from Yvette, canceling today's driveway yoga. She canceled on Thursday because of a bad earache. The doctor put her on antibiotics. Her ear is better, but now she is suffering from the effects of the antibiotic.

I got an email from my cousin in Germany, Dagmar. She had to evacuate her home in the spring floods. Her home and her family are all right, but some homes in her neighborhood were lost. She sent me a picture of some of the damage. Boy!

I also emailed an old friend from the commune. I received a notification that his Gmail address was permanently closed. I was concerned. He is one of the folks on my updates email list. When I checked his address for the updates, it was a Comcast account, not Gmail. I have no idea why I got that notification. However, it prompted me to email him and check if he was okay. I wasn't sure he would get my email. While he hasn't asked to be removed from my updates email, I could imagine he had all my posts sent directly to spam. Surprisingly, he hadn't. I appreciate all the folks who allow me to be uncertain if they're reading these updates and continue to allow me the illusion that I have someone to write for. While sometimes a burden, the writing gives my life shape and purpose. I am grateful for their silence. I am sometimes surprised to learn that there are regular readers.

Judy convinced me to contact her doctor and get a prescription for the ivermectin protocol. Mind: I am fully vaccinated; I received both Moderna shots. This is in addition. The first thing I checked was the adverse side effects of the drug. The drug was only a problem if ordered online as prescribed for a horse. I ordered mine through a local doctor prescribing it based on my body weight. In addition, I learned I only have to take the pill once a week max. The doctor told me that the active ingredient stayed in the system for 17 days. It sounded like I could even take it less frequently.

The purpose of the ivermectin is to strengthen the immune system to fight off the virus on my own. Besides the ivermectin, I had to take a bunch of supplements. Most are benign. I checked each one. I saw a possible negative effect of one of the supplements. I won't be taking that. The protocol also calls for taking 325 mg of aspirins every day. I don't think so.

I haven't been able to send the video I made recently to Judy and Dorothy, my editorial board. I reviewed it myself yesterday. I decided it was too much information. I have to streamline it.

Afghanistan is a mess, but how it works out is still up in the air. The rebel forces are not of a single mind. They had been united because they have had a common enemy- us. However, now we were out of the picture. People of 'strong' opinions need a single strong leader or a common enemy to bind them together. So far, no leader of the order of a Khomeini had come forward. It meant they would be busy fighting among themselves. The good news is they will probably not be investing in attacking other countries. The bad news is the more extreme forces, the most' conservative', who are always the most intensely committed, will do a lot of damage within their country.
